Shipping and lead times
Williams Family Mill uses USPS or FedEx for shipping. Shipping prices are estimates based on flat-rate shipping to your area. We will contact you if the shipping price changes. We use the most economical shipping option unless otherwise requested, invoice any price increase, or issue a refund for an overcharge.
Products are made to order, except for a few items held in small quantities. Orders have a two-week lead time unless the item is already made. New product launches ship in the order received.
Returns
All products from Williams Family Mill are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. Williams Family Mill accepts returns of new, unused products for one week after you receive them. Products that arrive defective are covered by our workmanship guarantee. The customer pays return shipping, there is no restocking fee, and we do not offer exchanges.
