What is included in a basket weaving kit?
Kit contents depend on the design and option selected. For example, the Heart Trinket Basket complete kit lists a reusable mold, slotted base, fitted rim, stakes and weaver. Base-and-rim-only and other options contain different components; check the individual product details.
How long does an order take?
Our store policy allows a two-week lead time for made-to-order products unless the item is already made. New product launches ship in the order received. Contact us to confirm timing for your order.
How are orders shipped?
Our store policy lists USPS or FedEx and estimated shipping charges. We contact you if the shipping price changes, and invoice any increase or refund an overcharge. See Shipping & returns for the full policy.
What is your return policy?
Our published policy guarantees products against defects in workmanship and accepts returns of new, unused products for one week after receipt, and defective products are covered by the guarantee. The customer pays return shipping, there is no restocking fee, and we do not offer exchanges. Please contact us with questions or concerns.
